The movie is 95 minutes packed full of good solid advice on White Water Safety and Rescue techniques for the White Water environment.
Written, presented and produced by myself and Dougie Shannon, filmed by award winning cameraman Paul Diffley and edited by TV pro & music producer Dave Clark.
